Amazon Advertising profiles are split between two regions, European and North American. If you as a seller on Amazon have created both north American and European profiles using the same email address, that address will only be bound to one of those regions, and you will only be able to select profiles from that region when setting upp a connection. As a workaround, create a new secondary user in Seller Central (“Settings > User Permissions”) that has a different email address for use in the other region.
