In some cases Data Studio fails to store the connection details, or lose them after some time. We have not been able to find the root cause for this, but we have indications this is related to either network connectivity or an issue within Google Data Studio. If this happens, your report will fail to load and you'll see a "Missing connector configuration, try reconnecting" error message.

If that is the case you can try to:

  • Use a different network, e.g. try switching to a different WiFi

  • Go to and remove the Funnel Data Studio connection from both "Third-party apps with account access" and "Signing in with Google", then reconnect the add the Funnel Community Connector data source again.
