Funnel integrates with HubSpot to enable imports of CRM data.
The integration pulls contacts from the connected HubSpot account. Both Hubspot defined and custom defined properties are fetched for each contact. The Hubspot properties are listed here.
The integration will pull/refresh all HubSpot contact data every fourth hour. The fetched data will be transformed to a generic format which allow you to combine CRM data with other types of data within Funnel. You will also be able to use HubSpot contact data in reports, exports and in other services that Funnel offers.
How to set up a HubSpot Contacts data source in Funnel
In the Funnel app you can connect with HubSpot by adding a new Data Source. This is done by navigating to the "Data Sources" tab in the sidebar and then press "+ Data sources".
This will open a pop-up window in which you will select from where your want to fetch data.
The easiest way to find the HubSpot Contacts integration is to use the search functionality. Simply search for "HubSpot Contacts" and select the HubSpot Contacts data source.
This will bring up a connect flow in which you will have to authenticate with HubSpot via OAuth. This allows Funnel to pull data from your HubSpot account. In this step you will also have to decide which HubSpot instance to connect with (in case you have access to several instances).
Once this is completed, Funnel will start fetching your HubSpot contact data into Funnel. It could take some hours before all data is visible. The amount of time it will take depends on the volume of data in the connected HubSpot account.
