New, deprecated and renamed metrics

To better reflect Pinterests current naming of its ads performance metrics, we're preparing an update of the Pinterest metric names in Funnel. At the same time, a few metrics that are no longer supported by Pinterest will be marked as deprecated.
Another group of fields have been added.
