Metrics

  • Clicks: The total number of clicks recorded for the delivery.
  • Clicks Unique: The number of unique clicks recorded for the delivery. Non-aggregatable
  • Contact Loss: The contact loss metric represents the total number of contacts that were marked as inactive and can no longer receive marketing emails from you as a result of this delivery.
  • Conversions: The total number of conversions recorded for the delivery.
  • Deliveries: The number of successful deliveries.
  • Friend Forwards: The number of times a contact receiving the delivery forward it to a friend via our forward to a friend feature.
  • Hard Bad Emails: The bad email address bounce type means that the email server in question has indicated that this is not a valid account.
  • Hard Bounces: The number of sent emails that were not delivered due to hard bounces.
  • Hard Destination Unreached: The destination system unreachable bounce type means that there was a connection issue with the email server.
  • Hard Message Content: The rejected due to message content hard bounce type means that the email server has identified the email as spam.
  • Opens: The total number of opens recorded for the delivery.
  • Opens Unique: The number of unique opens recorded for the delivery. Non-aggregatable
  • Revenue: The total revenue recorded for the delivery.
  • Sends: The number of times this delivery has been sent.
  • Shares On Digg: The number of times the delivery was shared using Digg.
  • Shares On Facebook: The number of times the delivery was shared using Facebook.
  • Shares On Linkedin: The number of times the delivery was shared using LinkedIn.
  • Shares On Myspace: The number of times the delivery was shared using MySpace.
  • Shares On Twitter: The number of times the delivery was shared using Twitter.
  • Soft Bad Emails: The bad email address bounce type means that the email server in question has indicated that this is not a valid account.
  • Soft Bounces: The number of sent emails that were not delivered due to soft bounces.
  • Soft Destination Unreached: The destination system unreachable bounce type means that there was a connection issue with the email server.
  • Soft Message Content: Deferred due to message content is quite similar to the rejected message content bounce. Messages aren’t often identified this way, as ISPs don’t want you to resend something they identify as spam.
  • Unsubscribes By Complaint: The total number of contacts that were lost (made inactive) by complaining via an ISP feedback loop or the applications complaint system.
  • Unsubscribes By Prefs: The total number of contacts that were lost (i.e. made inactive) by unsubscribing.
  • Views On Digg: The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using Digg.
  • Views On Linkedin: The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using LinkedIn.
  • Views On Myspace: The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using MySpace.
  • Views On Twitter: The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using Twitter.
