What does this mean?
If you have connected any of the platforms in the list below to your Funnel Workspace and using the fields with the Funnel cogwheel symbol then the values in those fields might change. The name and ID of the field will stay the same which means that no export schemas or dashboards will break. The changes will take place on the 23rd of November 2020.
What if I already added rules for these fields and platforms myself?
All good, nothing will happen. The rules that you have set up yourself will always take precedence over the ones that Funnel creates for you.

How do I keep the existing rules?
If you want to keep the existing rules then you can simply edit the affected custom dimension or metric and add a rule of your choice. Simply add a specific rule for the Source Type you want to override. That rule will always come in effect and take precedence before Funnels standard rules applies.
