Funnel has four main navigation surfaces: the top navigation bar, the sidebar, the profile and settings menu, and the subscription settings that hold Subscription Management and Data Observation. This article describes what lives in each one.
Some items depend on your subscription plan, enabled features and role, so you might not see every option listed here.
Top navigation bar
The top navigation bar stays visible on every page. It contains:
Funnel logo: Returns you to Home
Workspace selector: Shows your current subscription and workspace (for example Funnel / test-workspace). Select it to switch workspace, or to switch subscription if you have more than one.
Navigate to: Open quick actions to jump to a page, workspace, data source or setting. Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to open it from anywhere.
Ask Funnel AI (diamond icon): Open the Funnel AI chat to ask about your data
Support chat (headset icon): Start a support chat with the Funnel team (not available on the free plan)
Profile menu (your avatar): Open your personal, subscription and help settings, including Documentation (see Profile and settings menu)
Sidebar
The sidebar groups products and features by how you work with your data. Related tools sit together, and each group opens a sticky submenu that stays in place as you move between products. Expand or collapse the submenu as needed.
The top level of the sidebar contains:
Home
Funnel AI
Data
Report
Measure
Export
More
Home
Your central hub for insights and recent activity across the workspace.
Funnel AI
Funnel AI (previously Data Chat) is where you work with Funnel's conversational analytics. The submenu contains:
New chat: start a new conversation
Chat history: reopen a previous conversation
MCP: connect Funnel to AI platforms over the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Context: manage Instructions, Skills and Documents that guide your chats
Recent: your most recent conversations
Data
Data brings together everything you use to bring in, shape and govern your data:
Analyze: Data Explorer
Connect: Data sources, Auto connects, Data requests and Included workspaces
Organize: Dimensions, Metrics, Currencies and Datasets
Plan & govern: Budgets & targets, Conventions, Campaign mapper and Media plans (Beta)
Report
Report holds the tools you use to visualize and share your data:
Insights (for workspaces on a measurement plan)
Dashboards
Portals
Measure
Set up and review how your marketing drives results, including your measurement setup and attribution comparison.
Export
Set up and manage exports to third-party destinations, grouped into categories such as business intelligence, data warehouses, file storage and CRM.
Note: Conversion uploads (previously the Activate product) are now a destination type in Export. Use them to send conversions back to ad platforms.

Subscription Management
Subscription Management covers settings that apply across your whole subscription, not just one workspace. Open it from the profile menu, then select Subscription overview. What you see depends on your plan and permissions:
Subscription overview: your plan, usage and subscription details
Flexpoints usage: Flexpoints consumption across the subscription
Workspaces: create and manage the workspaces in your subscription
Users: manage every user across the subscription
Templates: create and manage data source templates
Portal brands: create and manage the brands you apply to portals
Billing: manage billing details and invoices
Authentication: manage single sign-on (SSO) and provisioning
Audit Log: review account activity
Data Observation
Data Observation is a section of the subscription settings, alongside Subscription Management. Use it to monitor your data across every workspace in the subscription, rather than one workspace at a time:
Data Sources: monitor the status of data sources across all workspaces
Exports: monitor exports across all workspaces
