What’s new?
We are grouping products and features based on how you work with your data. We’ve redesigned the Funnel sidebar navigation to better match how you actually work.
Consistent experience: We have consolidated your entire data journey into logical grouping, like Data, Plan, Report and so on. This makes the sidebar easier to scan, so you can find the object you want to work on instantly.
Built to scale: This reorganized structure removes the clutter of a growing feature list. By grouping related tools, we’ve made room for future capabilities without compromising the clean, modern feel of your workspace.
Navigation that stays with you: We’ve also introduced a sticky submenu. You never have to lose context when you switch between products. You can expand or collapse it.
Why we changed it
As Funnel grew, based on your marketing data needs, the old navigation struggled to keep up. We noticed two major friction points:
Workflow fragmentation: You were often forced to hop between separate menus, like Connect, Organize and Data Explorer to complete a single data preparation task.
Hidden features: Critical data integration features were often buried in submenus or separated from the investigation tools, treating data preparation as a secondary task when we know you use them immediately after connecting data.
Timeline
You can try the new sidebar navigation starting today.
Transition period: You can switch back and forth between the old and new navigation until 19 Feb, 2026.
Full migration: After 19 Feb, 2026, the new navigation will become the permanent experience for all users.
We want your thoughts: If you decide to switch back to the old view, we’ll ask for your feedback. Let us know what’s working and what isn’t.
