If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a custom connector.

Custom connectors and data requests are available only in Business and Enterprise plans.

Contacts Report

Available Fields:

  • Fetches custom fields that vary depending on Intercom configuration

Conversations Report

Available Fields:

  • Conversation Id

  • Conversation Created At

  • Conversation Part Id

  • Part Type

  • Body

  • Conversation Part Created At

  • Notified At

  • Assigned To

  • Author Id

  • Author Type

  • Author Name

  • Author Email

  • Event Details Value Name

How to request this data

To request Intercom data, submit a data request (see link here for instructions) or select the Intercom tile marked custom after enabling Show custom connectors.
