How to Request this Custom Connector

To request Engaging Networks data, submit a Custom Connector Request (see link here for instructions) or select the Engaging Networks tile marked custom after enabling Show custom connectors. Selecting the tile automatically sends your request.

Notes on Custom Connector

  • Dimensions and metrics are customized for each client, so field names may appear as generic labels (for example, “Campaign 31”). You may also see general terms such as Campaign Data or External Reference.

  • Dimensions represent descriptive information (e.g., campaign identifiers, dates, or status).

  • Metrics represent measurable values or performance indicators.

  • Campaign Data 4 is a monetary metric (see the Metrics section for more detail).
