Note: Funnel AI was formerly known as Data Chat. Skills were formerly known as Saved prompts.
Skills let you build a shared library of reusable prompts for all users in your workspace. Save effective prompts, especially long or complex ones, and reuse them to guide other users on how to start a meaningful chat. Skills are also useful for prompts you run frequently.
Open Funnel AI in the left navigation pane, then under Context, select Skills.
Below your workspace skills, Funnel managed skills lists read-only skills that Funnel maintains. These skills are available to every workspace. Funnel AI can discover them automatically in chat, and you can also run them with / in the chat field.
