How can I cancel my subscription?

This article describes how to cancel your Funnel subscription

If you are on Funnel’s Starter plan, or on one of the legacy plans, such as Essentials or Agency Small, you can cancel your subscription directly from the Funnel app.

Guidelines and requirements

  • You need an Owner subscription user role.

  • Cancel the subscription at least 30 days before your renewal date.

  • If you are on a Business plan, an Enterprise plan, or a legacy equivalent of these plans, contact Funnel’s Support from the Help menu in the Funnel app to cancel your subscription.

Procedure

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. In Funnel, click your account at the top-right and select Subscription Overview > Billing > Cancel subscription.

  2. Select a reason for cancelling your subscription from the drop-down list.

  3. Provide your feedback in the steps that follow, and click Continue.

  4. Click Confirm cancellation to deactivate your subscription.

Note: If you cancel your subscription less than 30 days before the next billing date, you will still be billed for the next cycle. Your subscription will be active throughout the next cycle from your last billing date. See examples below:

Regardless of subscription type, your data will be deleted from Funnel 30 days after your deactivation date.
