If you are on Funnel’s Free plan, Starter plan, or on one of the legacy plans, such as Essentials or Agency Small, you can cancel your subscription directly from the Funnel app.

Guidelines and requirements

  • Have an Owner subscription user role.

  • If you are on Business, Marketing Plus, Agency Medium, Agency Large, or Enterprise plan, contact Funnel’s Support from Help in the Funnel app to cancel your subscription.

  • Cancel the subscription at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid paying for the subsequent billing cycle.

Procedure

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. In Funnel, click your account at the top-right and select Subscription Overview > Billing > Cancel subscription.

  2. Select a reason for cancelling your subscription from the drop-down list.

  3. Provide your feedback in the steps that follow, and click Continue.

  4. Click Confirm cancellation to deactivate your subscription.

If you are on the Free plan, your account deactivates immediately. If you are on a paid plan and cancel your subscription less than 30 days before the next billing date, you will still be billed for the next cycle. Your subscription will be active throughout the next cycle from your last billing date. See an example below:
