What do you need?

Submit a data request. See Request new data in Funnel.

  • Business or Enterprise plan

  • Include the following information in your data request: + Under Where does the data come from? enter Hubspot Form Submissions + Your Hubspot Personal Access Token with the Forms scopes + The required reports + The time periods you want the Form/Page Analytics in

Forms are standard website forms that can be used to generate website leads. For any form, there may be a set of fields associated with that form in question. You will get all of the fields that are a part of any form.

Available Reports

  • Form Summary Report: Get a summary for all of your forms.

  • Page Summary Report: Get a summary of analytics data collected by the HubSpot tracking code, broken down by page URL.

  • Form Submission Report: Get the submissions for the specified form.

Time Period

The time period used to group the data for the Page and Form Summary Reports.

Available Time Periods

  • total: Data is rolled up to totals covering the specified time.

  • daily: Grouped by day.

  • weekly: Grouped by week.

  • monthly: Grouped by month.
