If your use case requires Sprinklr data in Funnel, you can request it via a Custom Connector.
Custom Connectors and the Custom Connector Request feature are available in the following plans: Business and Enterprise. See our Pricing page for more details.
Overview
Sprinklr data is shared with Funnel using the Sprinklr API.
Each dataset must be exposed through a Sprinklr dashboard widget
Widgets are connected to Funnel using a cURL query URL
Each widget equals one Funnel data source
You’ll:
Create dashboards and widgets in Sprinklr
Generate cURL URLs via the Sprinklr Developer Portal
Submit those URLs securely to Funnel
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Set Up API Access in Sprinklr
Visit the Sprinklr Developer Portal:
2. Create Dashboards and Widgets in Sprinklr
Create one dashboard per dataset
Widgets must be table-based
Each widget = one Funnel data source
Contact your Sprinklr representative if you need help
3. Generate cURL URLs
Use the Sprinklr Developer Portal to generate a cURL URL for each widget
If you have multiple widgets, include all cURL URLs in a single request
Do not send credentials via email
Upload URLs securely via the Custom Connector Request Status page
(use the blue + button)
4. Funnel Setup
Once Funnel receives your valid cURL URLs:
We configure one data source per widget
We confirm once data begins syncing
Managing Changes or Additions
⚠️ Do not modify widgets already connected to Funnel.
This will break the integration.
To make changes:
Create a new widget
Generate a new cURL URL
Submit a new Custom Connector Request
This approach:
Preserves data continuity
Allows safe backfilling
Preventing Accidental Changes
To reduce risk:
Clearly label widgets connected to Funnel
Consider setting them to private
Your Sprinklr representative can advise on best practices
