Tasks Report

  • Task GID: The Globally Unique Identifier for the task within Asana.

  • Assignee GID: The Globally Unique Identifier for the user assigned to the task.

  • Assignee Name: The full name of the user assigned to the task.

  • Assignee Resource Type: The type of resource representing the assignee, typically a user.

  • Assignee Status: The current status of the assignee concerning the task, such as inbox, today, upcoming, or later.

  • Assignee Section GID: The Globally Unique Identifier for the section assigned to the user.

  • Assignee Section Name: The name of the section assigned to the user.

  • Assignee Section: The specific section within the project to which the task is assigned for the user.

  • Resource Type: The type of resource, typically task for tasks.

  • Completed: A boolean value indicating whether the task is marked as complete.

  • Completed At: The timestamp when the task was marked as complete.

  • Created At: The timestamp when the task was created.

  • Date: The date associated with the task, which could refer to the due date or another relevant date.

  • Due At: The specific date and time by which the task is due.

  • Due On: The specific date by which the task is due, without a time component.

  • Modified At: The timestamp when the task was last modified.

  • Name: The title or name of the task.

  • Notes: Additional information or description associated with the task.

  • Permalink URL: The permanent URL link directly to the task within Asana.

  • Project Name: The name of the project to which the task belongs.

  • Section Name: The name of the section within the project where the task is located.

  • Parent: The parent task to which this task is a subtask, if applicable.

  • Start At: The specific date and time when work on the task is scheduled to begin.

  • Start On: The specific date when work on the task is scheduled to begin, without a time component.

  • Tags: Labels associated with the task for categorization or identification.

  • Number of Hearts: The count of hearts (a previous way to show appreciation) the task has received.

  • Number of Likes: The count of likes the task has received.

  • Followers: Users who are following the task and receive updates about it.

  • Hearts: Users who have hearted (shown appreciation for) the task.

  • Likes: Users who have liked the task.

  • Memberships: The projects and sections that include the task.

  • Projects: The list of projects to which the task belongs.

  • Sections: The sections within projects where the task is located.

  • Workspace: The workspace or organization in which the task exists.

  • Custom Fields: User-defined fields added to the task to capture specific information relevant to the organization's workflow.
