Dealer Integrations Report
Integration ID: A unique identifier assigned to each integration setup between Aimbase and a dealer's system.
Dealer ID: The unique identifier of the dealer involved in the integration.
Dealer Integration Type ID: Specifies the type of integration established with the dealer, such as CRM, inventory feeds, or lead management systems.
Is Active: Indicates whether the integration is currently active (

Dealer Type ID: Identifier representing the classification of the dealer, such as "Standard Dealer" or "Corporate Location." The "Default" type is used to associate leads or prospects when no specific dealer meets the assignment criteria.
Manufacturer ID: A unique identifier assigned to the manufacturer associated with the dealer.
Mfg Dealer Number: The manufacturer's designated identifier for the dealer, which may include alphanumeric characters. This number is often derived from dealer contracts and is essential for internal tracking and reference.
Mfg Dealer Sub Number: An identifier used to distinguish sub-locations within a dealer group that share the same primary dealer number. This is particularly useful for managing multiple locations under a single ownership or brand umbrella.
Dealer Number: A unique number assigned to the dealer within the Aimbase system for internal tracking and association purposes.
Contact: The name of the primary contact person at the dealership. This field serves as a reference and may be displayed in customer-facing platforms, such as dealer locators or emails.
Contact Preference ID: Identifier indicating the preferred method of communication for the primary contact, such as email, phone, or fax.
Email: The primary email address for the dealership. This address is used for official communications and may be displayed on public platforms.
Email CC: Additional email addresses designated to receive copies of communications sent to the primary dealership email.
Website URL: The official website address of the dealership, providing customers with more information about services, inventory, and contact details.
Address 1: The primary physical street address of the dealership. This must be a tangible location and not a P.O. Box, as it's used to calculate latitude and longitude for lead routing and dealer locator functionalities.
Address 2: Secondary address information, such as suite or unit number. P.O. Boxes, if applicable, should be entered here to ensure accurate geolocation services.
City: The city where the dealership is physically located.
Postal Code: The ZIP or postal code for the dealership's location. Accurate postal codes are crucial for geolocation and lead assignment processes.
County: The county in which the dealership resides.
Country: The country where the dealership is based.
