How to request ActOn data in Funnel

If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a custom connector.

Custom connectors and data requests are available only in Business and Enterprise plans.

Messages Report

Dimensions

  • Message ID: A unique identifier assigned to each email message.

  • Date: The date the email was sent, formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.

  • Message Title: The internal title given to the email message within Act-On.

  • Message Subject: The subject line of the email as seen by recipients.

Metrics

  • Sent: The total number of email addresses to which the message was sent.

  • Opened: The number of unique recipients who opened the email.

  • Clicked: The number of unique recipients who clicked on any link within the email.
