Questions Reports
Survey ID: The unique identifier assigned to a survey.
Survey Title: The title or name of the survey.
Title: The title or heading of the question.
Date Created: The date and time when the question was created.
Date Modified: The date and time when the question was last modified.
ID: The unique identifier assigned to the question.
Family: The category or type of the question (e.g., multiple choice, open-ended).
Question: The text or content of the question being asked.
Choice ID: The unique identifier assigned to a specific answer choice.
Choice Text: The text of a specific answer choice.
Page Title: The title of the page within the survey where the question is located.
Page Position: The position or order of the page within the survey.
Page ID: The unique identifier assigned to the page within the survey.
Page Href: The hyperlink reference or URL of the page within the survey.
Position: The position or order of the question on the page.
Subquestion Text: The text of a subquestion, typically used in matrix or grid question types.
Subquestion ID: The unique identifier assigned to a subquestion.
Subquestion Position: The position or order of the subquestion within the main question.
Responses Reports
Survey ID: The unique identifier assigned to a survey.
Survey Title: The title or name of the survey.
Date Created (formatted as YYYY-MM-DD): The date when the response was created, formatted as year-month-day.
ID: The unique identifier assigned to the response.
Date Created (full timestamp): The exact date and time when the response was created.
Collector ID: The unique identifier of the collector used to gather the response.
Email Address: The email address of the respondent, if provided.
First Name: The first name of the respondent, if provided.
Last Name: The last name of the respondent, if provided.
Question ID: The unique identifier of the question associated with the response.
Response Choice ID: The unique identifier of the selected answer choice.
Response Text: The text entered by the respondent, applicable for open-ended questions.
Subquestion ID: The unique identifier of the subquestion associated with the response.
