Leverage your Cvent data in Funnel via Custom Connectors

If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a Custom Connector.

Events Report Fields

  • Created (Date): The date when the event record was created in the system.

  • Event ID: A unique identifier assigned to each event.

  • Title: The name or title of the event.

  • Code: An internal or external code associated with the event for tracking purposes.

  • Virtual: Indicates whether the event is virtual (online) or in-person.

  • Start: The scheduled start date and time of the event.

  • End: The scheduled end date and time of the event.

  • Close After: The date and time after which the event will be closed for registrations or access.

  • Archive After: The date and time after which the event will be archived in the system.

  • Launch After: The date and time after which the event will be launched or made live.

  • Timezone: The time zone in which the event is scheduled.

  • Venues: The physical or virtual locations where the event will take place.

  • Default Locale: The default language or regional setting for the event.

  • Languages: The languages available for the event content or sessions.

  • Currency: The currency used for financial transactions related to the event.

  • Registration Security Level: The level of security applied to the event's registration process (e.g., open, invitation-only).

  • Status: The current status of the event (e.g., active, canceled, completed).

  • Event Status: A specific status indicator for the event, possibly denoting stages like planning, live, or closed.

  • Test Mode: Indicates whether the event is in test mode for trial runs before going live.

  • Planners: Individuals or teams responsible for organizing the event.

  • Category: The classification or category assigned to the event (e.g., conference, webinar, workshop).

  • Type: The specific type or format of the event.

  • Last Modified: The date and time when the event record was last updated.

  • Created By: The user who created the event record.

  • Last Modified By: The user who last updated the event record.

  • Links: URLs or hyperlinks associated with the event, such as registration pages or agendas.

  • Format: The structure or layout of the event (e.g., single-day, multi-day, hybrid).

  • Description: A detailed overview or summary of the event.

  • Custom Fields: User-defined fields created to capture additional event-specific information.

Attendees Report Fields

  • Created (Date): The date when the attendee's registration record was created.

  • Last Modified: The date and time when the attendee's information was last updated.

  • Registration Cancelled At: The date and time when the attendee's registration was canceled.

  • Questions: Responses provided by the attendee to registration or event-related questions.

  • Web Links Accept Registration: URL for the attendee to accept the registration or invitation.

  • Web Links Decline Registration: URL for the attendee to decline the registration or invitation.

  • Invited By: The individual or entity that extended the invitation to the attendee.

  • Last Modified By: The user who last updated the attendee's record.

  • Invitation List Name: The name of the list through which the attendee was invited.

  • Reference ID: A unique identifier or code associated with the attendee's registration.

  • Admission Item ID: Identifier for the specific admission item or ticket type selected by the attendee.

  • Admission Item Code: Code associated with the admission item.

  • Admission Item Name: Name or description of the admission item.

  • Response Method: The method by which the attendee responded to the invitation (e.g., online, email).

  • Attendee ID: A unique identifier assigned to each attendee.

  • Show Popup Notification: Indicates whether a popup notification should be shown for this attendee, possibly for special instructions or alerts.

  • Check Out: The date and time when the attendee checked out of the event, if applicable.

  • Allow Appointment Push Notifications: Indicates whether the attendee has opted to receive push notifications for appointments or sessions.

  • Event ID: Identifier linking the attendee to a specific event.

  • Checked In: Indicates whether the attendee has checked in to the event.

  • Invitation List ID: Identifier for the invitation list associated with the attendee.

  • Registration Last Modified: The date and time when the attendee's registration details were last updated.

  • Registered At: The date and time
