Connecting Criteo Retail Media to Funnel

To connect your Criteo Retail Media data source to Funnel, youโ€™ll need to create an application and authorize it. Please follow the steps below carefully.

  1. Go to the Criteo Partner Portal

  2. Create a new app

    • Click Create a new app

    • Enter App Name: Funnel

    • Select Client Credentials option

    • Click Create

  3. Configure the app

    • Select C-Max and Retail Media

    • Enable the following Scopes:

      • Accounts

      • Analytics

      • Balances

      • Campaigns

  4. Activate the app

    • Create a new key

    • This will generate your Client ID and Client Secret

    • Youโ€™ll be prompted to input these in Funnel

  5. Authorize access for Retail Media accounts

    • For each account you want to access, generate a Consent URL

    • Share this URL with the respective account holder

    • The account holder must authorize your app

  6. Add the account in Funnel

    • Once the Consent URL has been accepted, you can add the account as a source in Funnel


How to Request this Custom Connector

To request Criteo Retail Media, find the Criteo Retail Media tile with the custom tag (make sure Show custom connectors is toggled on). Selecting this tile will automatically submit your Custom Connector Request.
