The Google Ads Change Event dataset helps you keep track of updates made to your Google Ads account — showing both the before and after versions of each change. This makes it easy to see exactly what’s been adjusted, when it happened, and how it might impact your performance.

For deeper analysis, you can use custom dimensions with regex patterns to filter and organize the data, or export it to your data warehouse to explore trends over time.

Custom connectors and data requests are available only in Business and Enterprise plans.

Notes on this custom connector

note that Google Ads Change Event data is only available for the past 30 days (including today), and up to 10,000 records can be retrieved within that period. Data older than 30 days isn’t accessible.

How to Request this custom connector

To request Google Ads Change Event data, find the Google Ads Change Event tile with the custom tag (make sure Show custom connectors is toggled on). Selecting this tile will automatically submit your data request.
