If your use case requires this data in Funnel, you can request it as a custom connector.

Custom connectors and data requests are available only in Business and Enterprise plans.

How This Differs from the Facebook Ads Action Report

The standard Facebook Ads connector returns actions in a wide format, where:

  • Each action type is represented as a separate column

  • The schema expands as new Facebook actions are introduced

The Pivoted Action Types connector, by contrast:

  • Normalizes all actions into rows

  • Uses Action Type as a dimension

  • Makes it easier to:

  • Filter, aggregate, and compare actions

  • Support custom conversions

  • Feed BI tools, MMMs, and attribution models

  • Avoid schema changes when new action types appear

To request Facebook Pivoted Action Types data, submit a data request (see link here for instructions) or select the Facebook Pivoted Action Types tile marked custom after enabling Show custom connectors.
