Funnel had not registered Notion as an allowed OAuth MCP client. Authorization cannot complete until Funnel recognizes your MCP client's identity on the server side.

Confirm your Remote MCP server URL matches your Funnel region:

- Global (default): <code>https://mcp.ai.funnel.io/mcp</code>
- EU: <code>https://mcp.eu.ai.funnel.io/mcp</code>

Copy Server URL from Connect Funnel MCP in Funnel AI full view (Data &gt; Analyze &gt; Funnel AI) if you are unsure which URL to use.

Remove the Funnel MCP connection in Notion, add it again with the correct URL and complete OAuth in a new session.

If you still see <code>Unknown client</code>, contact <a href="https://help.funnel.io/en/articles/6280750">Funnel support</a>. Include:

- The full error text, including the client metadata URL (for example <code>https://app.notion.com/oauth/mcp-client-metadata.json</code>)
- Your MCP server URL
- That you are connecting from Notion
- When the issue started

Retry the connection in a new Notion session after support confirms your MCP client is registered on the Funnel side.
