Upload documents in Funnel AI

Upload workspace documents so Funnel AI can ground answers in your brand guidelines, briefs, and other reference material.

Note: Funnel AI was formerly known as Data Chat.

Documents let you upload files that Funnel AI can use to ground answers in your workspace context. Upload brand guidelines, campaign briefs, data dictionaries, or other reference material your team wants the assistant to consider.

Open Funnel AI in the left navigation pane, then under Context, select Documents.

Below your uploaded documents, Funnel managed knowledge lists curated sources Funnel maintains (for example Help Documentation). Funnel AI can query these to answer questions. No setup is required.
