You compare Funnel data with a GA4 exploration.
The report and exploration use different dimensions, filters or data processing methods.
Root cause
GA4 reports and explorations can process and display data differently. Funnel requests data through the Analytics Data API. Compare Funnel data with a GA4 report that uses the same request fields.
Solution
Create a custom GA4 report.
Use the same date range, dimensions, metrics and filters as the Funnel data source.
Compare the Funnel data with the custom report instead of an exploration.
If the report still differs, compare the API response with Funnel in Query Explorer.
