Problem summary
Power BI cannot load a Data Share when one month contains more data than the connector can return.
Error message or symptoms
Power BI returns the error TOO_MANY_ROWS.
When does this occur
The Data Share contains too much data for one month.
The Rolling months range includes the affected month.
Root cause
The Power BI connector limits how much data it can return for one month. The error does not mean that an incoming data source has stopped downloading.
Solution
Check the Rolling months value in Power BI.
Reduce the value if this change excludes the month that contains too much data.
If the error continues, contact Funnel support. Include:
The Power BI export link.
The complete error message.
The first date when the export failed.
