Connect Power BI Desktop to Funnel to load data from a Funnel export.
Before you begin
Install the November 2024 version of Power BI Desktop or a later version. You can download the latest version from the Power BI website.
Confirm that you can access the Funnel workspace that contains the data.
Create a Power BI export in Funnel
In Funnel, go to Export.
2. Create a Power BI export and select the fields that you want to load into Power BI.
Note: The Power BI connector does not support fields that use formulas.
Connect Power BI Desktop to Funnel
Open Power BI Desktop.
Select Get data.
3. Search for Funnel, then select Connect.
4. Sign in with your Funnel user account. 5. In the Navigator dialog, select one or more exports from your workspaces.
6. (Optional) Enter the number of rolling months to load. The default value is 12. 7. Select Load or Transform data.
What to expect
Power BI displays each selected Data Share as a table.
