Tune Network: Connection guide

Get your API key and Network ID and allowlist Funnel's IP addresses before connecting Tune Network.

To connect Tune Network you need your API key and Network ID, and Funnel's IP addresses must be on your network's API allowlist.

Before you connect

  1. In Tune, find your API key and Network ID in your network's API settings.

  2. Add Funnel's IP addresses to the API whitelist in your Tune Network settings: 52.2.100.140, 34.234.177.217 and 18.185.251.22. See Funnel IP addresses and allowlisting and Tune's whitelisting guide.

Connect the data source

  1. In Funnel, go to Data sources and add Tune Network.

  2. Enter your API key and Network ID.

  3. Choose the report type: Stats or Conversions.

  4. Finish the connection.

Common problems

  • The connection fails or no data imports: check that all three Funnel IP addresses are on the whitelist. If you allowlisted an older Funnel IP address, add the current ones listed above.
