Connector IP addresses: Allowlisting Funnel for data imports

The IP addresses to allowlist so Funnel's connectors can import data from your platforms. Not for exports.

This article only applies to connectors, meaning data Funnel imports from your platforms. If you're allowlisting Funnel for an export (for example to SFTP, Snowflake, PostgreSQL or Azure Blob Storage), use the export addresses instead: 54.81.136.8 for app.funnel.io and 18.193.167.135 for app.eu.funnel.io. See the export guide for your destination, such as the SFTP, Snowflake or PostgreSQL export guide.

Some platforms only accept API requests from known IP addresses, or block traffic they think comes from bots. This article explains which Funnel IP addresses you can allowlist and when that works.

Does Funnel use fixed IP addresses?

Most Funnel connectors call platform APIs from changing (dynamic) cloud IP addresses. This means Funnel can't give you a fixed IP list for most connectors. If you look at your platform's API logs, you may see requests from many different cloud IP addresses. This is expected.

Some connectors can send requests through a fixed (static) Funnel IP address instead. For these connectors, you can allowlist Funnel's IP addresses on the platform side.

Funnel's static IP addresses

When a connector sends requests through a static IP, the requests come from these addresses:

  • 52.2.100.140

  • 34.234.177.217

  • 18.185.251.22

Allowlist all three addresses. If you only allowlist one or two, some requests may still be blocked.

Use the "Use Proxy" option

Some connectors, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, have a Use Proxy checkbox at the report selection step when you connect a data source. Select it to send the data source's requests through Funnel's static IP addresses.

For an existing data source that was connected without Use Proxy, connect a new data source with the box selected and replace the old one.

Connectors that don't support IP allowlisting

Connectors without a static IP option use dynamic IP addresses, so IP allowlisting isn't supported for them. For example, BigQuery data connected to Funnel doesn't support IP allowlisting.

If you're not sure whether your connector supports a static IP, contact Funnel support.

Downloads are blocked or rate limited although your credentials work

What you see: A data source fails with login, blocked or rate-limit errors, even though the same credentials work when you sign in to the platform yourself.

Why it happens: Some platforms use bot or firewall protection (for example Cloudflare). This protection can start blocking Funnel's requests, often after the platform changes its security settings.

What to do:

  1. Ask the platform's support team to allowlist all three Funnel IP addresses listed above.

  2. Contact Funnel support so we can check whether your connector can send requests through a static IP.

Connectors that need this

These connectors always send requests through Funnel's static IP addresses, and the platform requires them to be allowlisted before you connect:
