Propel Media: Connection guide

Get your API key and allowlist Funnel's IP addresses before connecting Propel Media.

To connect Propel Media you need an API key, and Funnel's IP addresses must be on your account's allowlist.

Before you connect

  1. In Propel Media, click the cog wheel and open API access settings.

  2. Find or generate your API key.

  3. On the same page, add Funnel's IP addresses to the allowlist: 52.2.100.140, 34.234.177.217 and 18.185.251.22. See Funnel IP addresses and allowlisting.

Connect the data source

  1. In Funnel, go to Data sources and add Propel Media.

  2. Enter your API key and choose the currency your Propel Media account uses.

  3. Finish the connection.

Common problems

  • The connection fails right after entering the API key: most often Funnel's IP addresses are missing from the allowlist. Add all three, wait a few minutes and try again.
