Common reasons for errors with Shareasale

After connecting a ShareASale source I am not getting any data.

Problem: Error message in data sources list: "Please whitelist the Funnel IP address:" 

In order to connect your account, you might need to add the Funnel IP address to the API whitelist in your ShareASale API settings.

You can find the API settings at ShareASale > Tools > Merchant API

The current IP address for Funnel is

Optionally enter to allow access from any IP address.
