Funnel connects to Liftoff with an API key and secret that you get from Liftoff.
Before you connect
Contact your customer success manager (CSM) at Liftoff and ask for an API key and API secret.
Connect the data source
In Funnel, go to Data sources and add Liftoff.
Enter your API key and API secret.
Choose the currency and timezone your Liftoff account uses.
Finish the connection.
Historical data
Liftoff's API only returns data from 7 January 2022 onwards. If you need older data, contact your Liftoff CSM; Funnel can't import it through the API.
Common problems
Daily numbers differ from Liftoff: check that the timezone on the Funnel source matches the one in your Liftoff account.
