Have you received an error that says that a customer is not active from our Google Ads connector? When we do, we're unable to do any queries at all to the Google Ads API. Why is most likely why you are looking at this help article.
How do I resolve the issue?
Go the the Google Ads UI.
Look for "Tools", which can be found at the top and a bit to the right
Press "Preferences"
Scroll down until you see "Account Status", make sure that is says "Active". When it's set to active, please re-connect the data source in Funnel.
