The Google My Business connector offers three types of reports:

Performance Insights, Questions and Answers, and Reviews.  

Common Dimensions

These dimensions are available for all report types:

  • Date

  • Location Name

  • Location ID

  • Locality

  • Postal Code

  • Address Lines

  • Region Code

  • Store Code

Performance Insights

The Performance Insights data is only available from Google My Business for the latest 18 months, which means we can not retrieve historical data older than 18 months.

This Performance Insights report replaces the old Insights, Action Phones, and Local Posts reports. Read more about what fields get affected by Google's changes here and how to use your Performance Insights here.

Metrics

  • Business Impressions Maps Desktop

    • Business impressions on Google Maps on Desktop devices. Multiple impressions by a unique user within a single day are counted as a single impression.

  • Business Impressions Desktop Search

    • Business impressions on Google Search on Desktop devices. Multiple impressions by a unique user within a single day are counted as a single impression.

  • Business Impressions Mobile Maps

    • Business impressions on Google Maps on Mobile devices. Multiple impressions by a unique user within a single day are counted as a single impression.

  • Business Impressions Mobile Search

    • Business impressions on Google Search on Mobile devices. Multiple impressions by a unique user within a single day are counted as a single impression.

  • Business Conversations

    • The number of message conversations received on the business profile.

  • Business Direction Requests

    • The number of times a direction request was requested to the business location.

  • Call Clicks

    • The number of times the business profile call button was clicked.

  • Website Clicks

    • The number of times the business profile website was clicked.

  • Business Bookings

    • The number of bookings received from the business profile.

  • Business Food Orders

    • The number of food orders received from the business profile.

Questions and Answers

This report will show you the questions and answers of your location, we fetch all questions and answers no matter when they happened.

  • Question ID

  • Question Text

  • Question Update Date

  • Answer Text

  • Answer Update date

  • Row Type

Metrics

  • Questions Count

  • Question Upvote Count

  • Answer Count

  • Answer Upvote Count

Reviews

This report will show you the review ratings of your location. We fetch the latest 4500 reviews no matter when they happened.

  • Review ID

  • Update Date

  • Review

  • Reply

Metrics

  • Total Star Rating

  • Number of Reviews

  • Average Star Rating
