Standard metrics vs Reach & frequency metrics
When connecting a Campaign Manager source, you can choose between Regular Metrics and Reach & frequency. Reach & frequency contain metrics that can not be summed over days and/or dimensions, thus they will be imported as metrics that represents non-summable rows. Read more here:

Three report types with regular metrics are currently supported for Campaign Manager. These are:

Reach & frequency metrics
There are currently two types of reach metrics available in the Campaign Manager:
Cookie Reach
Unique Reach
These metrics can be broken down by Connection level (Account, Advertiser) and Report level (Campaign, Advertiser).
The optional breakdown "Country" is required to create a source with "Unique Reach" metrics.
