You may already have created an API Username/Password. If so use that to connect to Funnel. Otherwise, reach out to <a href="mailto:partner@solute.de" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">partner@solute.de</a>. Please note that this is NOT the same username/password that is used to login to the portal.

The Shop Name and Shop ID can be found in the <a href="https://partner.solute.de/en/web/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">solute Partner Portal</a>.

Then enter the provided API Username and API Password and Shop Name and ID on connect in Funnel.
