Accounts Report Fields

  • Account ID – A unique identifier assigned to an account within WhatConverts.

  • Account Name – The name associated with the account.

  • Date Created – The date the account was created in the system.

Leads Report Fields

Core Fields

  • Account ID – The unique identifier for the account linked to the lead.

  • Profile ID – A unique identifier assigned to a profile.

  • Profile – The profile associated with the lead, typically representing different tracking setups.

  • GCLID – Google Click ID, used to track leads generated from Google Ads.

  • Lead ID – A unique identifier for each lead captured in the system.

  • Lead Type – The type of lead, such as form submission, phone call, or chat.

  • Quotable – Indicates if the lead is quotable or can be used for further sales processes.

  • Account – The account linked to the lead.

  • Notes – Any additional comments or internal notes about the lead.

  • Spotted Keywords – Keywords detected in the lead’s interactions that may indicate intent.

  • Call Status – The current status of a call-based lead (e.g., answered, missed).

  • Caller Name – The name of the caller if available.

  • Lead Status – The classification of the lead (e.g., new, qualified, lost).

  • Date Created – The date the lead was first recorded.

  • Lead State – The current state of the lead in the sales funnel.

  • Spam – Indicates if the lead was marked as spam.

  • Duplicate – Identifies if the lead is a duplicate entry.

  • Lead Source – The origin of the lead, such as organic search, paid ads, or direct visit.

  • Lead Medium – The type of channel that generated the lead (e.g., CPC, referral, email).

  • Lead Campaign – The specific campaign responsible for generating the lead.

  • Lead Content – The content variation or ad copy that contributed to the lead.

  • Lead Keyword – The keyword that triggered the lead acquisition.

  • IP Address – The IP address of the lead source.

  • Contact Name – The name of the person submitting the lead.

  • Contact Company Name – The company associated with the lead.

  • Contact Email Address – The email address of the lead contact.

  • Contact Phone Number – The phone number of the lead contact.

  • Email Address – The primary email associated with the lead.

  • Phone Number – The primary phone number associated with the lead.

  • User ID – A unique identifier for the user interacting with the site.

  • Google Analytics Client ID – The unique identifier assigned to a user by Google Analytics.

  • Lead URL – The URL where the lead was captured.

  • Landing URL – The page the lead first visited on the website.

  • Operating System – The operating system used by the lead’s device.

  • Browser – The web browser used by the lead.

  • Device Type – The type of device used (e.g., desktop, mobile, tablet).

  • Device Make – The manufacturer of the device (e.g., Apple, Samsung).

  • Phone Name – The specific phone model used (if applicable).

  • Tracking Number – The dynamic phone number assigned for tracking purposes.

  • Destination Number – The business phone number that received the call.

  • Caller Number – The phone number of the lead making the call.

  • Call Duration – The total duration of the call in minutes.

  • Call Duration Seconds – The total duration of the call in seconds.

  • Caller City – The city from which the call originated.

  • Caller ZIP – The ZIP code of the caller.

  • Caller State – The state from which the caller is calling.

  • Caller Country – The country from which the call was made.

  • Answer Status – Indicates if the call was answered, missed, or went to voicemail.

  • Call Status – The current status of the call in the system.

  • Line Type – The type of phone line used (e.g., mobile, landline).

  • Recording – A link to the recorded call (if enabled).

  • Play Recording – A button or link to play the call recording.

  • Call Transcription – A text-based transcript of the recorded call (if available).

  • Sender Name – The name of the email sender for email-based leads.

  • Email Subject – The subject line of the email received from the lead.

  • Email Message – The full message received from the lead via email.

  • Customer Journey – A detailed view of the customer’s interactions before converting.

  • Lead Score – A numerical score assigned to the lead based on engagement and quality.

Additional Fields

These are custom fields that businesses may use to track specific information:

  • Email – The email address submitted by the lead.

  • First Name – The first name of the lead.

  • Last Name – The last name of the lead.

  • Glass – A custom field, possibly related to a product category.

  • Message – A message left by the lead.

  • Phone – The phone number provided by the lead.

  • ZIP / Postal Code – The postal code of the lead.

  • Menu – A custom field, possibly related to product/service selection.

  • Doors – A custom field, possibly indicating a lead's interest in doors.

  • Showers & Baths – A custom field, possibly tracking leads for showers and baths.

Mapped Fields

These are fields that can be mapped from external data sources or CRM systems:

  • Sales Person – The salesperson assigned to the lead.

  • Fleet No. – A unique identifier for fleet-related services.

  • Company Name – The name of the company associated with the lead.

  • Contact Name – The name of the contact person in the company.

  • Email – The email address of the lead contact.

  • Phone Number – The phone number of the lead contact.

  • Sale Status – The current status of the sale (e.g., pending, closed, lost).
