Consent Events

Tracks customer consent changes for marketing communications and data processing.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., consent update).

  • Consent ID – A unique identifier for the consent event.

  • Contact ID – The unique identifier of the contact associated with the consent event.

  • Alias – A secondary identifier or alias for the contact.

  • Value – The new consent status (e.g., opt-in, opt-out).

  • Consent DateTime – The timestamp when the consent event occurred.

  • Source – The origin of the consent update (e.g., web form, CRM update).

Message Events

Logs the creation, scheduling, and sending of marketing messages.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., message scheduled, sent).

  • Change Type – The type of change recorded (e.g., status update).

  • Message ID – A unique identifier for the message.

  • Message Name – The name of the message or campaign.

  • Subject – The subject line of the message.

  • Status – The current status of the message (e.g., sent, failed).

  • Scheduled DateTime – The timestamp when the message was scheduled to be sent.

  • Channel – The communication channel used (e.g., email, SMS, push notification).

  • Send List – The list of recipients targeted by the message.

  • Message Source – The system or workflow that generated the message.

  • Is Transactional – Indicates whether the message is transactional or promotional.

  • Sender Store ID – The unique identifier of the store sending the message.

  • Workflow ID – The identifier for the marketing workflow associated with the message.

  • Recipient Count – The total number of recipients who received the message.

  • Control Group Percent – The percentage of the audience withheld from the campaign for control group analysis.

Message Click Events

Captures data on when and where recipients click on message links.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., link clicked).

  • Change Type – The type of recorded change (e.g., first click, multiple clicks).

  • Click ID – A unique identifier for the click event.

  • Message ID – The ID of the message in which the link was clicked.

  • Delivery ID – The unique identifier of the message delivery.

  • Click DateTime – The timestamp of when the click occurred.

  • URL – The URL that was clicked by the recipient.

Message Open Events

Logs when recipients open marketing messages.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., email opened).

  • Change Type – The type of recorded change (e.g., first open, multiple opens).

  • Open ID – A unique identifier for the open event.

  • Message ID – The ID of the opened message.

  • Delivery ID – The unique identifier of the message delivery.

  • Open DateTime – The timestamp of when the message was opened.

  • User Agent – The device or browser used to open the message.

Message Delivery Events

Records when a message is delivered to a recipient’s inbox.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., message delivered).

  • Change Type – The type of recorded change.

  • Delivery ID – The unique identifier of the message delivery.

  • Message ID – The ID of the delivered message.

  • Contact ID – The recipient’s unique identifier.

  • Delivery DateTime – The timestamp of when the message was delivered.

Contact Events

Tracks changes and interactions related to customer profiles.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., contact created, updated).

  • Contact ID – The unique identifier of the customer.

  • Country Code – The country code associated with the contact.

  • Purchase Amount Total – The total amount the contact has spent.

  • Purchase Frequency Total – The total number of purchases made by the contact.

  • Status SMS – The contact’s opt-in/opt-out status for SMS messages.

  • Status Email – The contact’s opt-in/opt-out status for emails.

  • Created In Store External ID – The unique ID of the store where the contact was created.

  • Registration Date – The date when the contact registered.

Receipt Events

Logs purchase transactions linked to customer profiles.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., purchase recorded).

  • Receipt ID – A unique identifier for the transaction receipt.

  • Contact ID – The customer ID associated with the purchase.

  • Store External ID – The ID of the store where the purchase occurred.

  • Receipt Number – The transaction receipt number.

  • Total Gross Amount – The total amount spent in the transaction before discounts and taxes.

Receipt Items Events

Captures detailed data on purchased items.

  • SFTP Export Date – The date when the data was exported via SFTP.

  • Event Type – The type of event (e.g., item purchased).

  • Receipt Item ID – The unique identifier for the item on the receipt.

  • Receipt ID – The unique identifier for the related receipt.

  • Contact ID – The unique identifier of the customer.

  • SKU – The stock-keeping unit (SKU) of the item.
