Manage Adtriba users and roles at https://accounts.adtriba.app/.
In Sphere, navigate to Manage account from the top navigation drop-down list:
After you click Manage account, a new tab opens at accounts.adtriba.app.
Select your account on this page. Cards with your team members appear.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the + button to invite new users and assign roles. See the role descriptions at the bottom of this article.
In the pop-up window, enter the email address of the person you are granting access to. Select Grant Ownership if the person will be the Owner of the account. Owners have full access and edit rights.
If a person is not an Owner, assign a different access level per tool (Core or Sphere) and per project:
To change user roles or remove users from your team, click the user's card. Select a different membership or click Remove member.
Owners
Automatically have Admin role for all projects in the account.
Can make all account-related changes in the UI.
Can invite and remove members from the account.
Can grant or revoke Ownership for account members.
Can manage other owners (every owner is a super-user).
Users
Can have one of three project-level roles: Admin, Editor, or Reader.
Can edit other account members' project roles if they are Admin in that project.
Cannot edit themselves.
Cannot edit their own or others' ownership or membership.
Cannot add or remove members from the account.
Users: Admin
Access project settings.
Invite new users.
Change user status and role.
Remove users from the account.
Integrate and change connections.
Change channel mapping.
Change spend mapping.
Open reports.
Users: Editor
Change channel and spend mapping.
Open reports.
Users: Reader
Open reports.
Set roles when you send an invitation or at any time after a user accepts the invitation.
