User Management

You can find the Adtriba user management via this page: https://accounts.adtriba.app/

Or in Sphere can also navigate to Manage Accounts from the top navigation drop-down list:

Once you click on Manage Accounts a new tab will open and you will be directed to https://accounts.adtriba.app/.

Please select your account on this page and the cards with your team members will show up.

In order to be able to invite new colleagues you need to have the owner or admin role (you will learn more about the different roles at the end of this article). By clicking on Invite Member in the upper right hand corner you will be able to invite new users and apply roles to them.

In the new pop-up window, enter the email address of the person you're granting access to. You can select Grant account ownership if the person will be the owner of the account(s), meaning they will have full access and edit rights.

If a person is not an owner, a different level of access can be given per product (Core, Sphere, Triangulation) and per Project:

To change user roles or delete users completely from your team, please click on the user's card - select a different membership or click on Remove member.

User roles

There are different roles available for a user. Each role provides a different access level to a user. The role of a user is determined either the moment the owner or admin sends an invite to a user/email address or after a user was invited by us.

Owner

  • automatically has admin role for all the projects of the account

  • make all, account-related changes in the UI

  • invite and remove members from the account

  • grant and revoke ownership to an account member

  • act on other owners as well (every owner is considered as a super-user)

Admin

  • access project settings

  • invite new users

  • edit other account members’ project roles

  • remove user from account

  • integrate/change connections

  • change channel and spend mapping

  • access all reports

  • create and save media plans

Editor

  • change the channel and spend mapping

  • access all reports

  • create and save media plans

Reader

  • access all reports

  • run/review scenarios in the media planner, which were created by an editor or admin
