Migrating a legacy Enterprise SSO connection

Single Sign-On (SSO) connections in Funnel that were set up prior to November 2024 are marked as legacy and should be migrated. The reason for this is that Funnel has moved to a new authentication provider, Auth0. This enables many improvements to our Enterprise SSO offering, but it also means that the configuration parameters have to change.

With a new connection you will also benefit from new features such as SP-initiated SSO with Home Realm Discovery, as well as an extended list of supported Identity Providers.

Please note that you are able to run two Enterprise SSO connections in Funnel simultaneously, meaning there should be no impact to your current Enterprise SSO connection before you have had the chance to test the new connection and validate that it works as expected.

Please see our Single sign-on article on how to set up a new connection.
