Note: Data Chats is a beta feature and may have limitations or changes as it evolves.
Customize your data chat experience using workspace instructions and saved prompts. These customizations apply to all users in the workspace.
Workspace instructions
Add a workspace instruction to customize your data chat responses. After you add a workspace instruction, all your data chats use this instruction whenever you ask a question. A workspace instruction applies to all users in your workspace.
Workspace instructions take priority over other instructions you give in a data chat and are immediately applied to other chats. When you create an instruction, you can see who edited it last and the timestamp.
Guidelines and requirements for workspace instructions
Assign the editor role to one user who has a holistic perspective of your business context because these instructions are set workspace-wide and apply to all users.
When you create an instruction, identify contexts that apply to all users in your workspace.
You can specify different business contexts as different workspace instructions. For example, create one instruction to define what metrics you want to see as part of performance evaluation, and another to define your organization's terminology.
Avoid creating conflicting instructions.
You can delete or edit an instruction, but you cannot restore an instruction after you delete or its previous version after you edit.
You need access to your Funnel workspace with Data Chats enabled in it.
