When data retrieval fails for one workspace but other workspaces in your account still work
When the failure spreads to additional workspaces over time
After recent credential or sync problems for data sources in the affected workspace, even after sources show as synced again in Funnel
Root cause
A server-side issue on Funnel MCP prevented Claude from retrieving data for affected workspaces.
Solution
Confirm you are using Claude chat.
Note which Funnel workspace fails and whether other workspaces in your account still return data through MCP.
In Funnel, open the affected workspace and confirm your data sources are connected and have recent successful syncs.
Retry your prompt in a new Claude chat session so Claude reloads the Funnel MCP connection.
If Claude still cannot retrieve data, contact Funnel support. Include:
The workspace name or names affected
Whether the issue is limited to one workspace or multiple
Your MCP client (Claude chat)
What you asked Claude to retrieve
When the issue started
Any recent credential or sync issues for data sources in those workspaces
Retry your prompt in a new Claude session after support confirms a server-side fix is deployed.
