To retrieve creative information from Snapchat, configure the connector to report at the Ad level and enable both creative and media dimensions.

Set the reporting Level to Ad.

Enable Include creative dimensions.

1. Open your Snapchat connector.
2. Select Regular metrics.
3. Set the reporting Level to Ad.
4. Enable Include creative dimensions.
5. Enable Include media dimensions.
6. Save the connector.

The connector imports ad-level creative information together with creative and media dimensions.

Verify Include creative dimensions is enabled.

Verify Include media dimensions is enabled.

Confirm the reporting level is set to Ad.
