You can install Funnel AI app in your Slack workspace to interact with your marketing data in Funnel. Your Slack admin installs Funnel AI once. Each workspace member then connects their own Funnel account. After that, a scheduled task can send results to a direct message or a channel.
Step 1. (Slack admin) Install Funnel AI in your Slack workspace
Sign in to your Slack workspace, and open https://funnel-ai-slack.ai.funnel.io/slack/install.
Install Funnel AI into your workspace.
If you have multiple Slack workspaces, select the workspace where you want Funnel AI.
If you are on the Enterprise plan, install it in the individual workspace, not org-wide.
Review app permissions and click Allow.
Step 2. (Funnel workspace member) Add Funnel AI app in Slack
In Slack, browse for the Funnel AI app under Apps and open it.
Go to the Home tab of the Funnel AI app.
Click Connect Account. Funnel AI matches your Slack profile email to your Funnel login. Ensure your Slack email is same as the one you use to sign in to Funnel. When Funnel AI connection is successful, it'll take you to the Messages tab.
(If you have multiple Funnel logins) Choose a login from the drop-down menu.
Send a direct message with a question about your marketing data.
