Your Microsoft Advertising data source uses a report type below the Campaign level, such as Ad Group, Ad or Keyword.
The campaigns you're looking for are paused.
Root cause
Suspected: Microsoft Advertising reports below the Campaign level may not include paused campaigns, so Funnel can't import them from those reports.
Solution
To see paused campaigns, use a Microsoft Advertising data source with the Campaign report type.
Compare the paused campaigns in that data source with Microsoft Advertising.
