Problem summary
Some Microsoft Advertising campaigns or ad groups are missing from Funnel data sources that use the Goals, Keyword or Product Dimension report type.
Error message or symptoms
Shopping, Dynamic Search or Audience campaigns don't appear in a Goals, Keyword or Product Dimension data source.
Dynamic ad groups don't appear in a Keyword data source.
When does this occur
Your Microsoft Advertising data source uses the Goals, Keyword or Product Dimension report type.
Your account has Shopping, Dynamic Search or Audience campaigns, or ad groups of the Dynamic type.
Root cause
The Goals, Keyword and Product Dimension reports don't support Shopping, Dynamic Search or Audience campaigns. The Keyword report also doesn't support ad groups of the Dynamic type. Data for these campaign and ad group types isn't available in those reports, so Funnel can't import it.
Solution
To get data for Shopping, Dynamic Search or Audience campaigns, or for Dynamic ad groups, use a Microsoft Advertising data source with a report type that doesn't have this restriction, such as Campaign. For the available report types, see Microsoft Advertising: Dimensions and metrics.
When you compare Goals, Keyword or Product Dimension data with Microsoft Advertising, expect these campaign and ad group types to be missing.
