The Headline and Long Headline dimensions are empty in Funnel for some Microsoft Advertising ads. These dimensions only have values for ads in Audience campaigns.

Your ads belong to campaigns that aren't Audience campaigns.
Root cause
Headline and Long Headline are the shorter and longer responsive ad headlines for Audience campaigns. Microsoft Advertising only provides them for Audience campaigns, so they're empty for other campaign types.
Solution
This is expected behavior. To check whether these dimensions should have values:
Split your Ad report data by the Campaign Type dimension to see which ads belong to Audience campaigns. Only these ads have Headline and Long Headline values.
For ads in other campaign types, these dimensions stay empty.
