In standard reports, we currently support these phone call metrics:

  • Number of offline phone impressions. 
  • Number of offline phone calls. 


Phone call data is available at only certain levels of reporting.  Check in the data sources page in Funnel which level of reporting you are using and then verify that your level of reporting is supported when it comes to phone call data.

Phone call data is available at these reporting levels:

  • Campaign
  • Ad Group

Phone call data is not available together with:

  • Any of the Geo Dimensions.
  • The optional dimension "Device"

From the Call Details report, the following dimensions are available:

  • Call duration
  • Call source
  • Call status
  • Call type
  • Caller area code
  • Caller country code
  • End time
  • Start time
