Lifetime time window being replaced with a max 37 months time window for Facebook Ads (by Meta)

Starting May 25th, 2021, it will no longer be possible to get Lifetime metric values for Facebook Ads Data Sources connected as Non-aggregatable with time window Lifetime. This is a limitation being introduced by Facebook in the Facebook API.

The time window Lifetime will be replaced with a maximum time window which will reflect Facebook Ads metric values for the past 37 months.

​Do I need to do anything?

No, if you have Non-aggregatable Facebook Ads data sources connected with the Lifetime window you don't need to do anything. We will automatically start fetching data using the 37 months time window after May 25th, 2021.

Note: the "non-aggregatable" report type has been renamed and is now called "reach and frequency".
