If your use case requires this in Funnel, you can request it as a Custom Connector.

Custom Connectors and the Custom Connector Request feature are available in the following plans: Business and Enterprise. See our Pricing page for more details.

How Does It Work?

Because the budget is considered metadata, we can only obtain information about the current budget state. Unfortunately, this means we can't retrieve historical data showing what the budget was at a specific time in the past. While knowing the current budget is useful, it's also valuable to track changes in your budget over time.

Our Custom Connector is unique because it requests your budget every day and associates it with that specific day. This process allows you to generate a historical report of your budget for each date since you started using the Custom Connector. In simpler terms, it's like keeping a diary of your budget, showing how it has changed over time!

Example of Budget Data

Each day we ingest the current "Daily Budget" and "Spend" for each campaign within your Facebook Ad Account. We then calculate the "Share of Budget Spend".

This feature grants you the capability to review historical modifications in the budget. You have the flexibility to delve deeper into a specific campaign.

Metrics

The following metrics are available at the Ad Set and Campaign level.

  • Daily Budget: The daily budget is the average amount you indicated you're willing to spend on a specific ad set per day. Each ad set will have its own separate budget, so keep this in mind if you have more than one active ad set in your account.

  • Lifetime Budget: A Lifetime budget lets you set an amount to spend over the lifetime of an ad set. Our technologies will automatically try to evenly spread the amount you spend across the period of time that you've selected.
